Safety & help
The same notice every visitor sees on their first visit, kept here so you can read it again whenever you like.
What every family should know
- EduCare is a learning support tool. It helps with schoolwork — it does not replace teachers, tutors or parents.
- AI can make mistakes. Answers and explanations should be checked, not trusted blindly.
- Learners are meant to think their work through. The helper asks questions and guides rather than handing over finished answers.
- Parents stay involved. The account belongs to a parent or guardian, who sets daily limits and sees progress.
- There is no learner-to-learner chat on EduCare. Children cannot message other children here.
- Please don't enter personal or sensitive information — ID numbers, addresses, phone numbers or anything similar — when it isn't needed.
Acknowledging this notice is information only — it is not parental consent. Consent to the Privacy Policy and Terms is recorded on our servers when a parent creates an account.
Talk to a human
EduCare is built and maintained by a small, named South African team. If something looks wrong, feels unsafe, or you want your child's data removed, email us and a person will reply.
